What if I do not have an Annual Maintenance agreement active?

In order to receive support from our technical staff, you must have an active annual maintenance agreement. If for any reason you have been off annual maintenance, you must reinstate the annual maintenance paying back fees and penalties to become active again.

Professional Services - We offer a comprehensive fee-based consultancy service to customers who need help with software release upgrades, database tuning, storage analysis, formulating policies, maximizing the use of their e-mail system, etc.
